Refund Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality digital content and customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products (digital courses and content), we have the following refund policy:
1. Digital Products
All purchases made on AI Cosmic are considered final. Once a course or digital product has been accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds unless required by law.
2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The product was not delivered or accessible after purchase
- There was a duplicate payment
- A technical issue prevented access and we couldn’t resolve it within 72 hours
To request a refund, contact us at support@ai-cosmic.com within 7 days of purchase. Please include:
- Your full name
- Email used for purchase
- Order ID
- Reason for refund request
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
3. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to help resolve any issues.
